Elgar House's cuisine has lots of repeating fans over a wide range of ages. It is Hideo Iizumi who has created the House's own tastes, as the grand chef since our opening. He selects delicacies of the season, gives great weight to the basic preparation before cooking, loves designing the menu for a full-course meal and makes an arrangement on a plate with beauties of the season. Please do enjoy the exquisiteness that his meticulous work produces.
Iizumi thoroughly knows ELGAR HOUSE's character as the grand chef since its opening. The delicate tastes and flavors that he extracts from carefully selected ingredients are supported by a great number of repeating customers over a wide range of ages.
