Desserts and teas served in the British-style well-kept garden, where you can feel comfortable with a gentle breeze, bathed in sunlight. Takahashi has a reputation that the desserts and sweets he makes are known to be delicious and beautiful with no pretenses at all.
He considers the balance amongst the five senses to be important and even takes recipes and ingredients of Japanese confection in his cake baking, as well as those of English or French-style traditional cakes and sweets. Recently, he is particularly devoted to cooking British traditional sweet food, which is our selling point, and his pudding brilliantly became number one in the Pudding Club @Tokyo where Anglophiles in Tokyo were invited. He also presented the pudding to the British Fair at the Mitsukoshi main store in Nihonbashi, which was a great success.
